Chris Kubisiak, PhD, is InVista’s Director, I/O Psychology Solutions. Dr. Kubisiak has more than 25 years’ experience working in industrial/organizational psychology and human capital consulting for both public and private sector organizations. At InVista, Dr. Kubisiak will be instrumental in developing product strategy and overseeing the efforts of the business services team to assist organizations in creating better hiring and retention solutions.
Dr. Kubisiak has developed innovative solutions to demanding and unique human capital challenges, providing guidance and direction to leverage research to improve individual and organizational performance. Dr. Kubisiak is skilled at analyzing survey information to improve clients’ talent management practices, facilitating the translation of data into actionable results. He has extensive experience developing and validating selection measures, as well as measures of personality, adaptability, learning agility, and more.
His areas of expertise include personnel selection tool development and validation; job analysis; test and survey development and analysis; development of predictor and job performance measures; training program needs analysis, design, development, and delivery; and executive coaching.
Dr. Kubisiak received his bachelor’s degree from the University of Florida and his master’s and doctorate degrees in industrial/organizational psychology from the University of South Florida.
