Rachel is a Business Solutions Consultant at PAR, where she serves as a subject matter subject and
assists organizations with implementing assessments for selection and development. Leveraging her
master’s degree in industrial-organizational psychology from Missouri State University, Rachel is
passionate about applying evidence-based practices to create fair, relevant, and effective hiring
processes. As a member of the Society for Industrial and Organizational Psychology (SIOP) and the
Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM), she is dedicated to staying informed of industry
trends and advancing talent management solutions.
