Use the results to assess response to interventions and detect change. For clients age 1:6 to 18:5 years, the ACD recommends the PDDBI at both the initial assessment and every 6 months.
PSI-4-SF
The PSI-4-SF can be administered to provide age-based outcome measures to evaluate parent stress. It is a reliable measure of stress and family dynamics that helps to identify where additional support resources may benefit the family. For clients ages 0 to 12 years and 11 months, ACD recommends the PSI-4-SF at baseline and every 6 months.

Administered to provide age-based outcome measures to evaluate parent stress, the SIPA is a reliable measure of stress and family dynamics that helps to identify where additional support resources may benefit both the family and the beneficiary. For adolescents ages 11 to 19 years and 11 months, the ACD recommends the SIPA at baseline and every 6 months.
SRS-2
The SRS-2 identifies social impairment associated with ASD and quantifies its severity.
