On July 12, from 10:00 PM to 1:00 AM EST on July 13, we will be performing routine maintenance on our systems. During this time, you will experience service interruptions on parinc.com. Thank you for your patience.

Business Continuity

Committed to service and safety, PAR shares timely updates on potential disruptions.

Because we are based just outside Tampa, Florida, we are occasionally subject to hurricanes or other significant storm issues. Events such as these can have a dramatic impact on our team, including school closings (so they may serve as shelters), power loss across the region, flooding, downed trees, and other issues that can make getting to work dangerous or impossible for our team members.

If there is an ongoing threat to the Tampa Bay area, we will update the status on this page regularly (at least once daily) including any potential impacts on our customers.

Package Shipment Status

PAR ships all printed materials out of our Tampa campus, and we use FedEx as our primary shipping partner. When winds reach a certain speed in the area, FedEx will discontinue pickups as it is unsafe for their trucks to be on the road. As long as FedEx is able to operate, we will continue to ship packages the same day the order is received. In the event that FedEx closes in our area, shipments will be discontinued. Any packages received after that time will ship out as soon as possible after FedEx resumes operations.

Customer Support Team Status

Our Customer Support team is also based in the Tampa area, and as a result, these storms may directly impact the availability of our team members during and after the event. Based on the severity of the storm, we may have extremely limited staff availability as our team could be without power or may not be able to safely travel to our offices for a period of time. We will use this page to update the current status of our support team.

Website Access Status

PAR’s technology and infrastructure teams have designed our systems with multiple sites and failover options, designed to withstand these types of events. As such, we expect our ordering website, parinc.com, and the PARiConnect platform to remain operational regardless of the impact on our local area.
