David Houser is PAR’s director of sales. He is responsible for developing the overall sales strategy for all PAR proprietary products and leading the sales team to achieve company revenue and growth targets. The PAR sales team is responsible for building and maintaining customer relationships in all product markets and understanding customer trends and emerging needs in support of new product launches. A significant portion of our goal is to maintain the mission, vision, and values of the company and deliver on our promise to provide excellent Customer Service.
David has over two decades of sales and sales management experience focusing on creating consultative strategies in support of complex Customer challenges in the HR and contingent labor outsourcing industries. He has successfully developed and led sales teams for a large publicly traded company as well as smaller start-ups in the healthcare industry with a focus on clinical, allied, and revenue-cycle management solutions. He received his bachelor’s degree from the University of South Florida in Tampa with a major in economics.
