Sierra Iwanicki, PhD, is a clinical psychologist and project director in the Research and Development department at PAR. She is experienced in broad areas of personality and psychological assessment, particularly forensics and trauma. Other substantive interests include the art and science of clinical supervision and training. Prior to joining PAR, Sierra held a full-time faculty position in the Clinical Psychology program at National Louis University and worked as a clinical psychologist with the Florida Department of Corrections.
