An internationally renowned speaker and author in the field of learning disabilities, Dr. Feifer has written seven books about learning and emotional disorders in children. He was voted the Maryland School Psychologist of the Year in 2008 and was selected as the 2009 National School Psychologist of the Year. Dr. Feifer is a licensed psychologist and works as the director of the Neurofeedback Program at the Monocacy Neurodevelopmental Center in Frederick, MD. He’s also an adjunct professor at George Washington University and is a diplomate and a clinical supervisor with the American Board of School Neuropsychology (ABSNP) training program. Dr. Feifer consults with numerous school districts and has authored two tests on diagnosing learning disabilities in children: the Feifer Assessment of Reading and the Feifer Assessment of Mathematics.
