Karen Falconer is the Vice President of Human Resources at PAR, Inc. She leads the very exciting and rewarding people function of the organization. Karen received her bachelor's degree from the University of Virginia and has more than 20 years of human resources experience. Prior to joining PAR, Karen worked in a variety of leadership roles in the hospitality, consulting, and legal spaces.
