In her role as a Assessment Advisor at PAR, Ms. DeCarlo provides psychologists with up-to-date information on assessment issues and addresses their psychological testing needs. She also provides proprietary product workshops for professionals at state conventions.  

Ms. DeCarlo earned a bachelor's degree in psychology from Florida Atlantic University, a master's in counseling psychology, and a specialist degree in school psychology from Nova Southeastern University. For over 35 years, Ms. DeCarlo provided professional services in various settings, including county mental health facilities, hospitals, public schools, and private practice. As a certified school psychologist, she was responsible for providing school psychological services to preschool- through high school-aged students and their families.  

Ms. DeCarlo is a licensed mental health counselor and a certified school psychologist in the state of Florida. She is a member of the Florida Association of School Psychologists as well as the National Association of School Psychologists.
