Julianne Fudge, MBA

Julianne Fudge serves as President and Chief Operating Officer at PAR, where she leads the company’s day-to-day operations with a focus on strategic growth, client satisfaction, and cross-functional team excellence. She brings nearly two decades of experience scaling high-growth organizations in the healthcare IT and services space.

Prior to joining PAR, Julianne played a key leadership role in growing a healthcare company from an early-stage venture into a nationally recognized organization. Over her tenure, she led the expansion of the sales and account management functions, built and optimized high-performing operational teams, oversaw more than 20 acquisitions, and contributed to two successful private equity transactions. Her leadership style emphasizes collaboration, accountability, and customer-first thinking—resulting in both operational scale and industry-leading client satisfaction scores.

Julianne holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Tampa and earned her MBA with a specialization in negotiation from Florida International University.

Outside of work, Julianne is a dedicated mom to twin girls and an active member of the Tampa community. She enjoys working out, traveling, and spending time with family and friends. She has held several leadership roles with the Junior League of Tampa, most recently serving as Co-Chair of the organization’s annual gala, which exceeded fundraising goals under her leadership.
