On 10/29/2025, PAR platforms experienced a service disruption.

This incident was the result of a widespread Microsoft Azure outage that affected numerous software providers. While this disruption was outside of our control, we are actively evaluating additional redundancies to reduce the risk of similar service interruptions in the future. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.

Stephen Jones, CPA

Chief Financial Officer

Stephen Jones, CPA, is the Chief Financial Officer for PAR, Inc., and is a member of the company’s executive management team.

As CFO, Stephen is responsible for the overall financial management of the company as well as the strategic management of both the Distribution Center and Customer Support.

He earned his B.S. in Accounting from the University of South Florida and is a Certified Public Accountant. In 2023 he was recognized as a Tampa Bay Business Journal CFO of the Year Honoree.

Stephen brings a well-rounded background from both public and private accounting. Immediately prior to joining PAR, he served as CFO for a mid-sized hyper growth company with operations across five states.
