PARiConnect Accessibility Statement

Our Commitment

At PAR, we are committed to providing software that is accessible to all users, including people with disabilities. We believe accessibility is essential to delivering an inclusive, high-quality user experience and is a core component of our product design and engineering practices.

Accessibility is an ongoing priority across our organization.

Standards & Guidelines

Our goal is to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA, developed by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C).

We align our accessibility program with these internationally recognized standards and integrate accessibility considerations throughout our product lifecycle.

While we strive for substantial conformance with WCAG Level AA, some areas of our platform may not yet fully support all success criteria. We are continuously working to identify and remediate accessibility gaps.

Accessibility Program

Accessibility is embedded into our development and release processes:

  • We conduct annual third-party accessibility audits.
  • We maintain an up-to-date Voluntary Product Accessibility Template (VPAT) for the PARiConnect platform that reflects our current conformance status.
  • Accessibility considerations are incorporated into product design, development, and quality assurance workflows. Testing includes:
    • Screen reader testing
    • Keyboard-only navigation testing
    • Color contrast validation
    • Automated and manual accessibility assessments

Accessibility improvements are tracked and managed as part of our standard product roadmap.

Product VPAT

Our VPAT provides detailed information about how our product supports applicable accessibility criteria. A copy of our current VPAT is available upon request.

Accessibility is a continuous improvement effort, and our documentation reflects the current state of the product at the time of assessment.

ONGOING COMMITMENT

We are committed to continually enhancing the accessibility of our platform and to advancing inclusive design practices across our organization.
